I just wanted to drop you a line to let you know that my service appointment yesterday was another positive reminder of why I picked Trailside "way back" in 2004 to purchase my motor home from.
Your Service Manager Patty Day made it so the servicing on my motor home fit my schedule, not what was neccessarily convenient for her and the Department. She is the best Service Manger I have ever dealt with at any RV or automotive dealership.
Your staff of technicians did their usual excellent work, diagnostic and repair skills are remarkable.
The rest of the staff at Trailside were very hospitable while I was waiting for the work to be done.
The drive from Omaha for service at your shop is well worth it. I am treated fairly, the work is done correctly and I have a good time "visiting" while waiting. This is why I recommend Trailside RV Center to others-to buy and for service!

Hi Chad,

We went out to the storage area to visit our trailer last night. Can't wait to take it out! Maybe that will happen soon since the snow has melted. It worked great having the extra room over the holidays. We even got to sleep in it one night! Ha!

What a wonderful experience it has been doing business with all of you at Trailside RV Center. The sales person (Tom) was very informative to guide us through buying just the right 5th wheel for us. As to the pricing it proved very professional and a great value for our money.
Portia was very helpful in the Finance Office in showing us what would be beneficial to our personal financial situation.
The Service Department did a super job in the prep department. The RV was clean, all working and they did a very good job showing how everything worked. Sorry we were such slow learners that it took so long but all were very patient with us.
You folks have a SUPER Team there and we continue to look forward to coming by soon for a few more items form your beautiful Parts Store.

Hi! We wanted to be sure that we shared with all of you what a great experience the purchase of our very first RV was. We’ve told everyone we know that Trailside RV is the place to go if they are interested in purchasing an RV. We’ve always dreaded the times we’ve been through car buying situations……most of which have been more painful than pleasant. We expected some of the same painful moments from a RV dealer, but it sure wasn’t the case at Trailside. Chuck Bolte, who seemed to have more energy than a ten year old - - was really down to earth, answered all of our questions, gave us a lot of information on things we hadn’t even thought of, and was just all around great to work with. There was no “salesman speak” - - we never felt like he was giving us the “salesman treatment” and he treated us like we were the most important customers he had all day.
While we had planned to use our own bank for financing a portion of our RV purchase, Chuck introduced us to Portia Gillotti. Portia was extremely helpful and provided us with so much information that we decided to see what she could do for us in the way of financing. Needless to say - - Portia was successful in obtaining great financing for us – far beyond what our bank could do for us. Additionally, she took the time to discuss our financing options, warranty and insurance options, and was just wonderful.
Taking delivery of the RV was an experience we never expected. Devan went over our RV from front to end, explaining every component – and ensuring we understood how everything worked – he was very patient with us!!!
Of course, we loved the store - - and, because of their vast knowledge of the store items - we learned so much about items we knew we really needed to buy.


Either we just “lucked out” and got four of the best employees to deal with at Trailside, or Trailside just has the greatest group of employees. Just walking in the door, you know you matter - - your receptionist (two different young ladies during our visits), were courteous, helpful, and very pleasant. We heard a lot about how RV owners are like family - - we left with our RV feeling like we had become new members of a “family”.



Thank you so much for helping us make another dream come true - - we can’t wait to take our first trip!

I wanted to officially post my recent positive experience in purchasing a pop-up from Trailside RV. I felt the service was tremendous. I have experienced past purchases where the service and customer care changes for the worse shortly after the purchase. In Trailside RV, it seemed to get better.

I would also like to commend Devin for his approach in showing us how to setup the pop-up. Again the service was great since he took plenty of time to explain each step. He did not rush the process but made sure we understood each step before moving on. When we left Trailside we felt we got the better end of the deal – hence this letter.
